Announcing our Friday Night Salmon Specials!

We’re excited to announce that we’re adding salmon to our menu as our Friday Night Special! We’ve teamed up with the folks from Superior Fresh Aquaponics in Hixton, WI to bring you some of the freshest and healthiest salmon cuts in the county! Harvested Monday, on your plate by Friday. Starting tomorrow we will be featuring their fresh Atlantic Salmon and organic greens on our Friday night specials.

Fresh Salmon Dinner
Salmon fillet butter-grilled to perfection and served with garden rice pilaf and herbed broccoli. $24

Salmon Salad
Salmon fillet buttered-grilled and served on a bed of organic mixed greens and drizzled with raspberry vinaigrette. $18
